Cave Privée represents our family’s “private cellar”.
Initially intended only to create a history of our most important vintages, set aside to follow the evolution of our Blanc de Noirs.
Uncorking the first bottles, however, we felt it was right to share our passion through this wine, in a limited number of bottles, with those who know how to appreciate and share our values.
We have always been committed to enhancing the Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Noir. A fascinating and at the same time difficult vine, which however finds an ideal habitat in our hills.
For this Cuvée we used only and exclusively the best Pinot Noir vineyards, carefully chosen over years of selection and located in the municipalities of Casteggio and Montecalvo Versiggia.
The base wines are obtained exclusively from very first pressing musts, carefully fermented and aged in the bottle in contact with the yeasts for more than 8 years.
Time and evolution create the unique profile of this Blanc de Noir that expresses the soul of the territory and of our philosophy.
